Misys Expands Footprint In Philippines

Misys, the financial software firm, has expanded its Philippines footprint, moving to larger offices
in the Zuellig Building
in Makati City,
the heart of Manila’s
financial district.

The new office will accommodate more than 500 people in a
new research and development and customer support facility in one central
location. It will allow Misys to serve its growing customer base in the Philippines
more effectively, the firm said in a statement.

Misys has half of its employees based in Asia,
serving more than 500 customers in the region and 1,800 customers across the
world. The company has had a presence in the Philippines
for 23 years and in Asia for over 30 years.

The Philippines
office, its second largest office in the region, serves 22 customers, including
Philippines Veterans Bank, East West Bank and
Philippines Bank of Communications.
