Raymond James Canada, part of the US' Raymond James Financial, has appointed branch managers for its Toronto and Victoria offices. 

David Finley joins the company as a senior vice president, branch manager for the Toronto flagship branch. Finley was previously the co-president of Accretive Advisor, an online firm that matches investors with compatible financial advisors, and has also worked for Wellington West and Clearsight Wealth Management. 

Sybil Verch takes up the vice president, branch manager post at the Victoria, British Columbia office, bringing with her over 18 years of financial services experience. Verch joined Raymond James in October from HSBC Securities where she was a financial advisor. 

The firm made a number of senior appointments towards the end of last year, promoting Dennis Zank in November as chief operating officer of the parent firm. He was formerly president of Raymond James & Associates. Scott Curtis was also appointed to the role of president of Raymond James Financial Services with effect this month.
