Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? – American Endowment Foundation, Osaic

The latest senior moves, appointments and personnel changes in the North American wealth management industry.

American Endowment Foundation
American Endowment Foundation, a sponsor of donor-advised funds, has added two C-suite figures to its team: Karen Heath-Wade, chief business development officer and Kelly McGrath, chief marketing and communications officer.

Heath-Wade (pictured below) has served as the senior vice president and global head of client strategy and service at American Century Investments, where she led a team of more than 100 employees to scale the firm's assets under management to $207 billion.

McGrath (pictured below) has nearly 25 years of experience in marketing and communications. Previously she was senior manager for internal communications at The Lubrizol Corporation, developing a strategy affecting more than 8,000 employees.

AEF was founded in 1993 and, as a sponsor for DAFs, its work covers $7 billion in assets under management.

Osaic
Osaic, a US wealth management services provider, has added two firms to its network.

The businesses are Engler, Garrow & Roth, a financial planning and wealth management firm, and Hartmann-Bogan Financial Planning, a certified Women's Business Enterprise and financial planning firm. Both organizations are based in Ohio.

The firms, which are joining Osaic through MarketShare Financial, an Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ), bring more than $353 million in total client assets to the platform.

The teams, based in Maumee, will consist of John Engler, Matthew Garrow, and Tim Roth (partners); Karla Stanton (financial planner), and Donna Bogan (solo advisor).
