American Endowment Foundation, a sponsor of donor-advised funds, has added two C-suite figures to its team: Karen Heath-Wade, chief business development officer and Kelly McGrath, chief marketing and communications officer.
Heath-Wade has served as the senior vice president and global head of client strategy and service at American Century Investments, where she led a team of more than 100 employees to scale the firm's assets under management to $207 billion.

McGrath has nearly 25 years of experience in marketing and communications. Previously she was senior manager for internal communications at The Lubrizol Corporation, developing a strategy affecting more than 8,000 employees.

AEF was founded in 1993 and, as a sponsor for DAFs, its work covers $7 billion in assets under management.
Osaic
Osaic, a US wealth management services provider, has added two firms to its network.
The businesses are Engler, Garrow & Roth, a financial planning and wealth management firm, and Hartmann-Bogan Financial Planning, a certified Women's Business Enterprise and financial planning firm. Both organizations are based in Ohio.
The firms, which are joining Osaic through MarketShare Financial, an Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction , bring more than $353 million in total client assets to the platform.
The teams, based in Maumee, will consist of John Engler, Matthew Garrow, and Tim Roth ; Karla Stanton , and Donna Bogan .
