Coutts Man Takes the Helm at UK Luxury Property Fund

Mark Jankovich, a senior relationship manager at Coutts has been appointed chief executive at Worldwide Private Residences Management.

Mr Jankovich will head a team responsible for a London-based hybrid property investment fund.

The fund will have a 10-year life span and will own luxury homes with an average value of £1.35 million ($2.7 million).

For a one off payment the fund offers investors the opportunity to invest in 30 residences around the world, and to have at least 5 weeks vacation usage at these residences each year.
