Who’s Moving Where In Wealth Management? – Alaris, Stein Adler Dabah & Zelkowitz

The latest senior wealth management moves, appointments and personnel changes in North America.

Alaris
Alaris Acquisitions (“Alaris”), a mergers and acquisitions advisory firm that serves the wealth management industry, has appointed Jon Dubravac as senior deal leader.

Dubravac, who brings extensive experience to the role, has a background as an RIA founder, wealth management operator, M&A executive and strategic advisor.

At Alaris, Dubravac will guide advisory firm owners through the M&A process, from initial planning and preparation through closing.

Prior to Alaris, Dubravac co-founded WealthSource Partners, growing the firm to approximately $2.5 billion in AuM and nearly 90 employees before it was bought by OneDigital. After OneDigital, Dubravac founded Blueprint Strategies, an independent M&A and strategic advisory firm.

“Jon brings an incredibly rare perspective to the M&A process because he has lived nearly every chapter of it himself,” Allen Darby, founder and chief executive officer of Alaris, said.

Dubravac is joining Alaris at a time of sustained activity across the RIA M&A market, which experienced a 19 per cent increase in transactions in the first half of the year compared with the first half of 2025, Alaris said.

In April, Alaris hired Tony Leonard as managing director of business development.
