HighTower, the financial advisory business in the US, has
announced that Huntsville, AL-based Twickenham Wealth Advisors has joined its
HighTower Network, adding to other groups coming on board. The Chicago-headquartered firm describes its network as
enabling wire-house advisors to launch independent practices and control their
affairs. Member teams can use services such as RIA and broker-dealer
compliance, operations, technology, facilities support, institutional-grade
research, alternative investments, capital markets, client reporting, business
development, marketing and communications services. Twickenham Wealth Advisors serves high net worth individuals
and manages about $500 million in client assets. The team, previously part of
Morgan Stanley, is led by managing directors and founders W F Sanders, J Wesley
Clayton, Henry E Crosby and Michael P Ahearn. “Starting our independent practice affords us a high level
of confidence in delivering our suite of services and in maintaining an
unobstructed focus on our clients’ needs. After an extensive due diligence
process, we selected the HighTower Network to support our practice because it
offers the best mix of centralized support for our team and ultimately our
clients,” Crosby said in a statement. Atlanta, GA-based Shaffer Wealth Management became the first
HighTower Network member earlier this year.
