McCleary joins from Atlantic Trust Private Wealth Management, where he was most recently a senior vice president and senior relationship manager, as well as a member of the asset allocation committee. He started his career in 1997 as an equity analyst at Beutel Goodman Capital Management.

In his new role at Citi McCleary reports to Russ Labrasca, Houston regional executive.
