Rothschild Financial Partners has added Alpha Rising Wealth Management, a Scottsdale, Arizona team from LPL Financial overseeing about $250 million in client assets.

Dustin Lester, who founded Alpha Rising, and Jeremiah Butout, who led the practice with him, are joining RFP as managing directors and partners. The team serves individuals, families and business owners, providing financial planning and investment management.

RFP was formed by Rothschild Wealth Partners and Singularity Financial Partners. It is owned by those two firms and the advisors who join it. Rothschild Wealth Partners, based in Chicago, traces its roots to Rothschild Investment Corporation, founded in the city in 1908 by Monroe Rothschild, and part of the Rothschild dynasty involved in banking and finance. Rothschild Wealth Partners advises on more than $10 billion in enterprise-wide assets.

RFP stresses that it is a platform designed around AI from the outset, offering real-time data on client accounts and an in-house team of estate, tax, insurance, succession and retirement specialists.

“Most of the industry is retrofitting AI onto platforms designed 20 years ago,” said Michael Roth, chief executive of RFP.
