CAZ Investments, a Houston-based alternative investment firm, announced yesterday that it was launching a registered interval fund called the CAZ GP Stakes Growth Fund.
The fund and the firm’s existing CAZ GP Stakes Income Fund form the CAZ GP Stakes Fund Series. Through these entities, Investors can pursue income, growth, or a combination of both, based on their objectives. The funds are open to all investors regardless of accreditation status, with a minimum investment of $2,500. Each vehicle offers daily pricing and subscriptions, structured redemption through a quarterly repurchase program, a flat management fee with no performance fee, and 1099 tax reporting.
"We believe owning a piece of a private asset manager is one of the most attractive business models we have seen in our 25 years of investing," Christopher Zook, founder and chief investment officer of CAZ Investments, said. "We designed this fund series for our own personal capital, and now investors can customize their exposure to it.”
Founded in 2001, CAZ Investments, which works with a global network of wealth management firms, has more than $12 billion in assets deployed. Investors come from across the US and 43 countries.
