Glenmede In New York, Louis Porta has joined as an investment advisor and managing director, and reports to Gregory Khost, New York regional director. Porta has 25 years of experience in the industry. For northern New Jersey, Christina G Duffy joins as fiduciary advisor and MD, reporting to Khost. Duffy has 25 years of experience as a wealth advisor. In Cleveland, the firm added Michael Novak and Jack Glending, who will report to Bethany Bryant, Ohio regional director. Novak joins as fiduciary advisor and MD and brings more than 30 years of experience as a fiduciary and trusted advisor in wealth management and estate planning. Glending joins as investment advisor and vice president, bringing nearly a decade of experience constructing and managing portfolios for clients with significant wealth. In Pittsburgh, Steven J Kaczynski Jr joins as investment advisor and managing director, bringing more than 12 years of experience advising ultra-HNW families, business owners, and foundations. He will report to Andy Paterson, Pittsburgh regional director. Together with its affiliates, Glenmede oversees $53 billion in assets under management as of June 30 this year. PPB Capital Partners Olivia Eisinger has joined the firm as chief growth officer; Anthony “Tony” Wilson has been named head of strategic partnerships. The executives will report to PPB Capital Partners’ vice chairman Bob Oros, who also leads business operations. “Bringing on Olivia and Tony, who are highly regarded professionals within the wealth management industry, demonstrates our ongoing commitment to strengthening our team at this critical juncture,” PPB Capital Partners founder and CEO Brendan Lake, said. In her new role, Eisinger will oversee the advisor relations’ team. Previously, Eisinger held senior roles at TD Ameritrade and Apex. As head of strategic partnerships, Wilson manages PPB’s relationships with custodians, national RIAs, banks and trust companies, and IBDs. Before PPB, Wilson spent ten years at iCapital, where he focused on growing its RIA aggregator business. LPL Financial Based in Danville, California, Slack serves professionals, families, retirees and individuals navigating major life transitions. Raymond James Based in Houston, Texas, Rogala arrives from Merrill Lynch where he managed about $550 million in client assets. Rogala has 20 years of financial services experience and joins RJA after 15 years at his previous firm. His experience is backed by an MBA from Texas A&M University.

PPB Capital Partners, a private markets investment provider that serves wealth management, has made a round of appointments.
LPL Financial announced that financial advisor Jeneen Slack, founder and partner of Northstar Financial Advisors, has joined LPL Financial’s broker-dealer and RIA. Slack reported serving more than $270 million in client assets and joins LPL from Raymond James.
Raymond James has welcomed financial advisor Michael Rogala to the firm’s employee advisor channel.
