Suntera Global Names New Bahamas Managing Director

Suntera Global, a provider of fund, corporate, and private wealth services, has appointed Toni Bonzon as managing director of its Bahamas office. In his new role, Bonzon will take on responsibility for running operations and driving new business opportunities for the Bahamas office, leading an experienced team that offers a range of corporate, private wealth and private office solutions for global clients, in particular Latin America. Active in the international financial services industry since 2007, Bonzon has experience in compliance, trust relationship management, fiduciary services, business development and cross-border structuring. He has worked at a number of major private banking institutions in Switzerland, and more recently held senior client relationship and business development positions at Trident Trust Group in the British Virgin Islands and Miami. During that time, he gained expertise in cultivating trusted relationships with private clients and intermediaries across Latin America, the Caribbean and the US, the firm said in a statement. “Our office in the Bahamas plays a critical role as part of our Caribbean and wider Americas team, bringing first class corporate and private wealth services to our global client base,” David Hudson, CEO of Suntera Global, said.
