Sequoia Financial Group, BSW Wealth Partners Warner Norcross + Judd LLP served as BSW's legal advisor, while Hue Partners provided consulting and strategic guidance. Founded in 1992, BSW serves a national client base from offices in Boulder and Denver. The firm provides financial planning and customized wealth management to individuals and families nationally. In August, Sequoia Financial acquired All Star Financial, a Twin Cities-based wealth manager with $1.3 billion in client assets under management and advisement as of June 30, 2026. These acquisitions continue Sequoia Financial's strategy of combining steady organic growth with selective acquisitions that extend its national reach and add specialized capabilities. Sequoia Financial now supports about 11,000 client households from 43 offices, with clients in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
Sequoia Financial Group, with $34.9 billion in assets under management, has continued its spate of acquisitions with the purchase of BSW Wealth Partners , a Colorado-based wealth management firm with about $2.3 billion in client assets. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
