Matthews International Capital Management, or Matthews for short, which serves Asia and emerging markets, appointed former Fidelity International senior executive Martin Dropkin as chief operating officer and president. Most recently, Dropkin was head of equities, Asia-Pacific, at Fidelity International, where he co-led investment teams responsible for approximately $300 billion in global assets under management. Baird said The Kashian Karels Group, formerly at RBC, joined its wealth management office in Edina, Minnesota. The team includes Darla J Kashian, director, financial advisor; Michael L Karels, director, financial advisor; Tanner Petroske, associate financial advisor; and Ann Hoen, assistant vice president. Genesis Wealth appointed former JP Morgan Securities figure and veteran advisor Alan Feutz. Feutz, whose new role is partner and wealth advisor, is based in Deerfield, Illinois. UBS also made two leadership appointments in its Southeast Wealth Management region. John Houlihan was named market executive for the South Market, based in Atlanta. Tyler Hutchens was named market executive for the Greater Florida/Gulf Coast Market. He is responsible for overseeing financial advisors in Naples, Fort Myers, Sarasota, Tampa, Clearwater, St Petersburg, Orlando, Gainesville and Jacksonville, as well as Louisiana , Jackson, Mississippi and Montgomery, Alabama. SEI named Sneha Shah as chief AI strategist, Michael Tryniszewski as head of AI orchestration, and William Coffey as chief data officer. Cresset also appointed Ali Bathgate Hild a managing director in its Denver office. She is responsible for expanding the firm’s ability to serve entrepreneurs and business owners manage liquidity events, complex wealth transitions, and multi-generational planning needs. Previously, she was as an executive director with JP Morgan Private Bank, where she spent 14 years working with the Denver, New York, and Greenwich offices. Brown Advisory appointed former Hillview Capital Advisors partner Danielle Barrett as the head of its New York office. Barrett is a client advisor and partner at the firm. Earlier in her career, Barrett was an assistant portfolio manager at Davy Stockbrokers Ireland.
LPL Financial said financial advisor Ronald White had launched a new independent practice, NorthStar Wealth Advisors, with support from Good Life Companies, an LPL Financial-affiliated firm. The business is based in El Paso, Texas. The team joined from Raymond James.
Broadridge Financial Solutions appointed Mark Nichols as co-president, digital assets to head Broadridge’s strategy, product development, and execution across tokenization and digital assets. He will work alongside co-president German Soto Sanchez. Nichols was previously a partner at Ernst & Young US, where he co-led EY’s digital asset consulting business and led its market infrastructure consulting practice.
SEI appointed Rob Wrzesniewski as head of Stratos Technology within the US-headquartered firm’s SEI asset management business. Most recently, he led the global solutions team for SEI’s private banking and wealth management business. Wrzesniewski reports to Jeff Benfield, chief product officer at SEI, and Jeff Concepcion, founder and CEO of Stratos.
Willow Wealth, a private markets platform, named Larry Greenberg as president, reporting to Mitchell Caplan, the CEO. Greenberg will be responsible for leading the company's customer experience. The move reunited Greenberg with Caplan, the partner with whom he built and sold two financial companies, Telebanc Financial and Jefferson National .
Loxahatchee Capital, a Tequesta, Florida-based boutique multi-family office overseeing $1.4 billion in assets, appointed former UBS figure Andrea L Cording as operations director.
Sanctuary Wealth welcomed New York City-based Pierstone Wealth Management and its founder, Kyle Young. Pierstone and his team oversaw $350 million in client assets at Morgan Stanley. The Pierstone team also includes Steven Salton, partner and director of business operations, and Randi Speedling, director of client relations.
Fasanara Capital, the London-headquartered asset manager, opened its first US office, choosing the Rockefeller Center in New York City as its base. And it appointed former Goldman Sachs senior figure Cameron Arrington as head of US capital formation.
Cresset appointed a new executive managing director and general counse: Lucas Huizar, who took up the post formerly held by Bill Rudnick. Huizar is a senior legal executive with more than 20 years of experience advising boards and executive teams at high-growth fintech and technology companies.
A team of former UBS managers launched Beacon Coast Partners, an RIA based in San Francisco. The business is led by founding managing partners Michael Evans and David Jasper.
UBS Wealth Management said former Glenmede senior figure financial advisor Adam Conish had joined in Philadelphia. He manages about $1.2 billion in assets. He joined the UBS Mid-Atlantic Market, which is led by market executive Brendan Graham. Conish has held a variety of roles at Glenmede in the past 20 years.
Cliffwater, a private markets interval fund manager, appointed Sean Brenan as head of real estate and portfolio manager of Cascade Real Assets Fund. With more than 16 years of real estate investment, portfolio management, and leadership experience, Brennan was previously global head of Goldman Sachs' real estate secondaries, primaries, and co-investment platform.
Matter Family Office added senior wealth advisors, both of whom previously worked as managing directors at Comerica Bank and Wells Fargo Private Bank. The duo, Chris Wrench and Melissa Linn, are based in Raleigh, North Carolina. They lead Matter’s presence in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill market, serving ultra-HNW clients.
Financial advisors David Cushard and Wesley Mullins, and their practice of Honeycomb Wealth Advisors, joined Cetera. The joiners are based in Jackson, Michigan, and Tallahassee, Florida. Their team includes advisors Jeff Sirola and Justin Pruitt, along with dedicated support staff.
Carrick Lane, an investment manager, appointed former Goldman Sachs derivatives research head John Marshall, who had been with the firm for 25 years. Marshall joined Carrick Lane as a senior partner.
TritonPoint Partners, an advisory firm headquartered in the Washington DC metro area, Maryland, appointed Matthew Sanchez and Carlos Sanchez, a father-and-son advisory team specializing in business-owner and divorce-related financial planning.
Cresset appointed Mark Tremblay as executive managing director, head of family office services. Formerly regional director and head of family office management for Bessemer Trust, Tremblay has worked in the wealth sector for more than two decades.
Cresset Capital Management appointed Mark Ostroff in the newly-created role of managing director, wealth advisor. Prior to joining Cresset, Ostroff served as managing director of Evoke Advisors.
Fiduciary Trust International appointed Harrison Laing as a wealth director based in its headquarters in New York. Laing was formerly at Bessemer Trust in New York, where he was vice president of business development, helping to identify, source, and execute opportunities to grow assets under management.
Provident Bank, a New Jersey-based financial institution, appointed Annamaria Vitelli as executive vice president, chief wealth officer of Provident Bank and president of Beacon Trust, effective immediately. Vitelli joined Beacon Trust in September 2025 as executive VP and chief growth officer.
MSCI appointed Kashi Kakarla as chief technology officer and head of product engineering. Kakarla reports to Henry Fernandez, chairman and CEO. Kakarla joined from Intuit, where he spent 17 years.
RBC Wealth Management – US added Joshua Wright to its New England Complex where he serves as a financial advisor, senior vice president-investments, the Bedford and Peterborough branches in New Hampshire. Wright was previously with Wells Fargo Advisors.
Janney Montgomery Scott named Frank van Etten as senior vice president and chief strategic initiatives officer. He reports to Janney CEO Tony Miller and joined the firm’s executive leadership team.
RBC Wealth Management said Kristen Kimmell had rejoined as West divisional director. She served for five years as executive vice president of business development at Osaic.
RBC Global Asset Management added two new US intermediary directors to target US broker dealers: Teddy Yannakouras, managing director, head of broker/dealer channel and Joe Dinaso, director of US intermediary sales, Northeast region. They both report to Dave Eikenberg head of US intermediary sales.
Carson Group announced that Tungsten Wealth Management, formerly from LPL Financial, joined the firm's independent advisor channel.
SEI appointed Nathan Shetty as chief investment officer . Shetty, who has more than 20 years of experience leading global, multi-asset investment businesses, most recently served as senior managing director and head of multi-asset at Nuveen Asset Management.

The team called Financial Strategies Retirement Partners was previously at Commonwealth Financial Network. FSRP is led by CEO and managing partner Shawn Monty, alongside partners Al Gilbert and Sarah Kenda.
