RFG Advisory, Feathery
RFG Advisory has adopted Feathery, an AI-based operational and decisioning platform for wealth management firms, to speed up advisor transition processing. The independent registered investment advisor, which oversees more than $8 billion in assets under advisement and supports more than 100 advisors, said the software more than doubled form generation speeds for full repapering engagements.

The firm has also expanded the number of accounts it can prepare and send for signature on the first day of a transition, according to Feathery.

Advisor recruiting and M&A activity across wealth management have increased pressure on firms to move hundreds of client accounts across multiple custodians and systems without disrupting advisor productivity or client relationships. RFG previously relied on manual spreadsheets and repetitive data entry across systems for repapering work, a process that was difficult to execute consistently at scale.

Working with RFG's advisor transition and operations teams, Feathery built a workflow that flags missing or inconsistent information, pre-fills required forms and generates DocuSign envelopes ready to send. RFG said the changes have improved data consistency and reduced missing fields and manual errors.

"Transitions used to be one of the most manual and unpredictable parts of our business," said Ross Thompson, manager of advisor transitions at RFG Advisory. "With Feathery, we are able to prepare the workflow in advance instead of scrambling once the transition starts."

Feathery's platform also covers client onboarding and account opening, integrating with CRMs, custodians and other core systems used by wealth management firms. The deal reflects a broader push among RIAs and broker-dealers to automate back-office processes as recruiting competition intensifies and firms seek to shorten the time between an advisor's move and funding the transferred accounts.

Wealth.com, FMG Suite
Wealth.com has become the exclusive technology founding partner of Institutional Intelligence, a new content program from FMG Suite, the marketing technology platform for wealth management and insurance firms.

The partnership gives FMG's advisor and enterprise clients access to estate and tax planning marketing materials developed by Wealth.com.

More than 80,000 advisors, insurance professionals and enterprises using FMG will gain access to emails, social media posts, blogs, downloadable resources and other educational content covering estate and tax planning built to meet compliance requirements, Wealth.com said in a statement today.

The collaboration also adds Wealth.com-powered website tools and advisor site templates, which FMG's website team can implement directly for firms. Separately, Wealth.com will build Estate Snapshot, a website tool powered by its proprietary artificial intelligence system Ester that allows prospects to upload estate planning documents for analysis and receive a one-page summary. The firm positions the tool as both a meeting-preparation aid for advisors and a lead-generation mechanism.

The offering is available immediately to FMG subscribers with access to its Content Library, at no additional cost.
