Raymond James Rosenberg & Parker Hummel previously held senior positions in trade finance, capital markets and syndications at Allianz Trade, Capital One, WSFS/Bryn Mawr, Commerzbank and Morgan Stanley. He holds an MBA, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business. Founded in 1944, Rosenberg & Parker describes itself as the largest independent surety-only brokerage and advisory firm globally, with its business aimed solely on surety rather than the broader insurance product range offered by generalist brokers. The appointment adds a dedicated financial institutions offering to a firm that has built its model around specialization in a single line, as banks and insurers increasingly look to surety instruments as an alternative to traditional capital and credit facilities.
Laetitia Boyle has been named division director for the Central division of Raymond James Financial Services’ independent contractor division .
Boyle has more than 20 years of experience partnering with financial advisors and firm leaders.
In her new role at Raymond James, Boyle will lead the Central division with a remit to strengthen advisor engagement, support recruiting and help advisors grow their businesses.
Boyle has served in leadership roles at Raymond James across its private wealth, bank and investment banking arms.
Nathan Hummel has joined Rosenberg & Parker as the firm's incoming financial institutions practice leader. He will lead a team advising banks, insurers, institutional investors and corporate clients on risk transfer, bank-fronted surety, standby letters of credit, guarantees, trade finance and credit risk distribution.
