Wellington Management, Vanguard, Blackstone The funds are: WVB Blackstone All Privates Fund, a professionally managed solution providing a simple access point to Blackstone’s perpetual private markets platform, including private equity, private infrastructure, private real estate, and private credit in a single allocation. The new closed-end funds are available at launch to Merrill and Bank of America Private Bank clients, though they expect to open up to the broader wealth ecosystem over time. In fact, the firms are exploring additional product structures to support retirement savers, financial advisors, and individual investors.
US investment manager Vanguard, overseeing $13.3 trillion in assets globally, US-based Wellington Management, with than $1.35 trillion, and an alternative asset manager, and Blackstone have launched two new funds. This follows the firms’ recently-formed alliance designed to give retirement savers, financial advisors, and individual investors access to portfolios that combine public and private markets.
WVB All Markets Fund, a multi-asset solution for investors who want to simplify the integration of public and private markets. The fund will integrate Wellington’s expertise in active public equities, Vanguard’s strengths in active fixed income and index strategies, with exposure to Blackstone’s perpetual private markets platform.
