Lido Advisors Earlier in his career, Marquis served in senior leadership roles at Javlin Capital and Intrado Corporation, where he led operations, and guided investment strategy. He holds an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.
Lido Advisors, a US wealth management firm with more than $42.5 billion in regulatory assets under management, has appointed Dan Marquis as chief financial officer. Marquis brings two decades of financial leadership experience.
Most recently, Marquis was managing director of financial planning and analysis and capital markets at Carson Group. Prior to that, he founded and led Metronome Financial.
"Dan brings the kind of long-range financial thinking that will continue to propel Lido as we grow and deepen our platform," said Jason Ozur, co-CEO of Lido Advisors. "His financial leadership will further enhance the experience we provide to the families and entrepreneurs who trust us with their wealth."
LPL Financial
LPL Financial said yesterday that financial advisor Wayne McCormick has joined Linsco by LPL Financial to launch McCormick Private Wealth. Previously at Steward Partners, he reported serving approximately $340 million in advisory, brokerage and retirement plan assets.
The McCormick Private Wealth Team is based in Manchester, New Hampshire.
With 30 years of financial services experience, McCormick has a background in lending, credit, retirement planning, and insurance, and has spent the past 16 years helping clients as a financial advisor.
