SEI Makes Raft Of Top-Level International, US Appointments

SEI, a US-listed provider of financial technology, operations, and asset management services within the financial services industry, has made a series of senior hires.

Yesterday, the Pennsylvania-headquartered group said it had named Sneha Shah as chief AI strategist, Michael Tryniszewski as head of AI orchestration, and William Coffey as chief data officer. They are all based in the US, according to their public profiles.

Today, SEI said it has appointed Barry Frame as head of international banking and wealth management services. Frame has worked at businesses including Avaloq. His LinkedIn profile states that he is based in the London, UK area.

The appointments come a few days after the firm appointed Nathan Shetty as chief investment officer, as reported here.

This publication has asked SEI if the appointments are newly formed or reconfigured roles and will update this article in due course.

Shah has held senior positions across a 25-year career in firms including the London Stock Exchange Group, Refinitiv, and Thomson Reuters. She joined SEI in 2023.

Tryniszewski brings more than two decades of experience leading enterprise-scale transformation across complex, highly regulated global organizations, including senior leadership roles at Takeda, the pharmaceutical business.

Coffey  was most recently chief risk and data officer at AKUVO, the software solutions firm, and held senior positions at WSFS Bank and Vanguard.

Frame has more than two decades’ experience in banking and wealth management technology and services. At Avaloq, he was chief commercial officer, SEI said in a statement.

The firm said its suite of offerings for private banks and wealth managers includes the SEI Wealth PlatformSM , SEI Sphere®, SEI Data Cloud, and SEI Professional Services.
