New York-listed Broadridge Financial Solutions, which provides tech solutions to financial firms, announced yesterday that its agentic AI capabilities are live in production, covering wealth management workflows and capital markets.

It is able to analyze, prioritize, and resolve operational exceptions autonomously without constant human instruction.

New clients can achieve up to 30 per cent cost reductions from the first day, it said in a statement.

Broadridge’s agentic capabilities have been shaped by production deployments inside its managed services BPO across more than 40 clients since 2024.

“We believe the firms that lead in the next era of financial services will be the ones that embed AI directly into the way work gets done,” Tom Carey, president of Broadridge’s global technology and operations business, said.
