Wilde Wealth Management Group, Cetera
Wilde Wealth Management Group, in which Cetera is a strategic minority investor, has appointed Erica Bloudek as chief operating officer. 



Erica Bloudek

Bloudek has previously worked at Ashton Thomas Private Wealth, an Arax Investment Partners company, where she served as COO. Prior to that, Bloudek spent 18 years with Wells Fargo and its affiliated entities.

Wilde Wealth, with about $5.75 billion in assets under administration, is one of the largest firms in the Cetera Advisors community. In January 2024, Cetera completed a strategic, minority investment in the firm. Adviors with Wilde Wealth have been affiliated with Cetera Advisors since 2007.

Bogart Wealth
Bogart Wealth, an RIA, has appointed Bryce Black as director of corporate development – a newly formed role. 

Black will source and evaluate potential partners. He has overseen more than a dozen acquisitions, including RIA mergers and wirehouse lift-outs, with experience in sourcing, structuring, and integration. Prior to joining Bogart Wealth, he served as senior vice president of corporate development at Robertson Stephens, and previously had stints at Focus Financial Partners and PwC.

Bogart Wealth, which was founded in 2016, recently brought in minority capital from Constellation Wealth Capital.

Raymond James
A group of advisors have joined the financial institutions division of Raymond James. The advisors are Nick Weber, Jim Peavey, and Kevin Stone. They sit within First Investments & Planning, located at FNBO .

The Kansas City-based advisors operate from local offices and collectively manage about $145 million in client assets. They have joined from Country Club Trust Company, a subsidiary of Country Club Bank, which FNBO acquired in October.

RBC Wealth Management US
RBC Wealth Management US has welcomed the Shannon Ryan Wealth Management Group to its complex in Southern California. Led by financial advisor Shannon Ryan, the team has joined from Wells Fargo where it oversaw more than $400 million in client assets. Joining Ryan is senior financial associate, Robert Lebo.

 Ryan, a certified financial planner™, and adjunct professor at The American College of Financial Services, has over 30 years of experience in the industry. 

Ameriprise Financial
Strickoff Financial Services, led by Kive Strickoff, has joined the branch channel of Ameriprise Financial, from Commonwealth Financial Network where the team managed nearly $140 million in client assets. 

Strickoff, along with his long-time client service associates Rhonda Sossner and Colleen Barbato, have joined The Atlantic Group, an established Ameriprise financial advisory practice led by founding partners Andrew Lerner and Logan Shalmi in Boca Raton, Florida.
