Hightower Signature Wealth, a new Hightower Advisors division featuring a centralized brand, investment platform and middle-and-back office services for advisors who sign on, has added Lexington Wealth Management to its embrace. Lexington brings about $3.2 billion in AuM.

The financial terms were not disclosed.

When the deal is wrapped up, Hightower Signature Wealth will have more than $29 billion in AuM. The move comes after Journey Strategic Wealth, with $5 billion in AuM, was added in early March this year.

Based in Lexington, Massachusetts, Lexington brings a team of 25 professionals, including 16 advisors.

“Lexington is representative of the advisors we intentionally look to bring to HTSW – those with a clear client focus and a desire to grow within a more integrated model,” Larry Restieri, CEO of Hightower, said.

Hightower, headquartered in Chicago, said it expects to announce additional acquisitions into the HTSW brand later this quarter. As of December 31, 2025, Hightower and its affiliates managed about $352 billion in assets.
