Foundation Source After a period of organic expansion and strategic acquisitions, Foundation Source said it is accelerating its next phase of growth. In 2025, the company facilitated more than $4 billion in charitable grants – the highest annual total in its history – while advancing its integrated philanthropic offering to meet a wide range of charitable goals and complement the modern wealth management experience. To support this scale, the company said it is strengthening its leadership structure to ensure alignment, operational rigor and disciplined execution. As president, Bailey will partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive strategic alignment, operational excellence and enterprise integration across the organization's expanding portfolio of philanthropic solutions. Bailey most recently served as chief executive officer of Fiducient Advisors, a national investment consultancy serving institutions and families. She brings experience in financial services, technology-enabled platforms and scaling high-growth organizations from executive roles at LSEG , Northern Trust and Mercer where she led initiatives across complex client and institutional segments. "Sabrina's appointment marks an important step in Foundation Source's evolution," said Mrak. Foundation Source, a US provider of philanthropic software and solutions, has appointed Sabrina Bailey as president, a newly-created role designed to support the company's expansion and evolution. Bailey will report directly to chief executive officer Joseph Mrak III.
Citi Private Bank
Last month, Citi Private Bank appointed Chad Reddy as its market executive for the West region, reporting to Chris Biotti, head of the private bank’s North America business.
Reddy has more than 25 years’ wealth management experience and joined from Bank of America Private Bank.
