Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? – NetLaw, Perigon

NetLaw, a legal technology platform powering attorney-led estate planning for wealth advisory firms, has appointed Tim Fisk, JD, as senior vice president of partnerships. 

Fisk will lead the firm’s efforts to expand relationships with registered investment advisors , bringing NetLaw’s technology platform and the Hargrove Firm, its affiliated national estate planning law practice, to advisory firms.

Fisk brings more than 20 years of experience spanning estate planning law, trust services, and wealth management technology in advisor-facing roles. He began his career as an estate planning attorney before moving into business development and consultancy roles, including serving as a vice president at Envestnet. Most recently, Fisk led Bryn Mawr Trust and WSFS’s Private Bank's Wealth as a Service offering. 

As SVP of Partnerships, Fisk will help RIAs integrate NetLaw into their enterprise infrastructure.

Perigon Wealth Management
Perigon Wealth Management, which had about $11.2 billion in client assets as of end-2025, has added Jon Seif as managing director of digital strategy and Luke Samuels as senior director of business development.

Seif, who reports to Arthur Ambarik, CEO of Perigon, will lead the firm's data, AI and technology implementation. Seif has served in similar roles with Betterment, Envestnet/Yodlee and Catchlight .

Samuels, who is joining Perigon's organic growth team and will work with Seif, has held various marketing leadership positions with Wealth Enhancement Group, Empower and Personal Capital.
