Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? – Cresset, Milemarker, Others

Cresset has appointed Heather Pelant as managing director and wealth advisor work ultra-high net worth families. Pelant brings more than 25 years of experience in investment advisory and financial strategy. Most recently, she served as a partner and managing director at Baker Street Advisors, where she advised on more than $2 billion of assets for UHNW clients. Milemarker, a wealth management data infrastructure platform, has appointed Adrienne Paulsen as operations vice president. Paulsen brings more than 10 years’ leadership experience from Orion Advisor Solutions, where she most recently served as senior director overseeing premier service and professional service teams. Financial advisors Michael Compiano and Dan Porter have joined Raymond James from Commonwealth Financial Network where they looked after more than $400 million in client money. iPipeline, which provides solutions for the life insurance and wealth management industries, has appointed Loren Brockhouse as chief revenue officer and Mike James as executive vice president for professional services. At Raymond James, the duo work with its independent advisor channel and operate as Two Oaks Wealth, in West Des Moines, Iowa. They are joined by registered financial assistant Shelly Kooiker and office manager Meghan Workman.iPipeline
Brockhouse will lead iPipeline’s North American go-to-market strategy, overseeing sales, marketing, and revenue operations. He has experience in revenue leadership across legal-tech and fintech organizations, including BigHand, Vanco, and Businessolver.
James will lead continued transformation of iPipeline’s professional services offering. He has led transformations at a number of organizations.
The company also hired Alex Tompkins as vice president of product management, to take responsibility for the company’s life and wealth value streams.
