Dynasty Rolls Out End-Client Referral Program

Dynasty Financial Partners is rolling out an end-client referral program, known as Dynasty Connect.
Through the program, high net worth individuals can contact the firm to connect with a financial advisor from Dynasty’s roster of more than 300 independent advisors on its platform across the US.
Under this arrangement, Dynasty will source and introduce end-client referrals to its network advisors. These referrals will be generated by Dynasty’s network and relationships, centers of influence, resource partners, events, and both organic and inorganic marketing efforts. In addition, the firm plans to leverage the Dynasty brand and its growing list of professional athlete partnerships, the firm said in a statement.
Over time, Dynasty will build out and staff a dedicated referral desk to boost the process of curating and matching HNW investors with the most appropriate Dynasty Network advisor.
In "beta" development phase, Dynasty is piloting the program with fewer than five financial advisory firms in the Dynasty Network. Dynasty Connect has made more than $200 million in end-client introductions over the past 90 days.
“In today’s fragmented market, it can be a challenge for high net worth investors who want to work with an independent financial advisor to find one that fits their needs and to connect with them,” Joe D’Agostino, director of investment platform and product strategy at Dynasty, said.
“Investors often rely on word-of-mouth connections and may not be aware of the specialties of certain independent advisors that may align with their situation, including experience with family-owned businesses, business exit strategies, estate planning, restricted stock and corporate executive compensation, divorce, and many other specialties,” D’Agostino added.
