Icon Wealth Partners, a independent wealth advisory firm headquartered in Houston, Texas, has appointed Mike Cregan as managing director and head of fixed income strategies.  Cregan will also join the firm’s investment committee.

Cregan will be responsible for developing, managing and enhancing the firm’s fixed income capabilities across multiple strategies including ultra-short tax-free, taxable and tax-free fixed income portfolios. He will work closely with Mark McAdams, one of the firm’s founding partners and head of the firm’s investment committee.  

He has worked for Underwood Neuhaus, Texas Commerce Bank, Chase Securities, JP Morgan Securities and Avalon Advisors.

Rockefeller Capital Management
Rockefeller Capital Management has appointed Gene Mulligan as managing director and head of managed, structured and alternative products for wealth management. 

Mulligan will be responsible for developing and enhancing Rockefeller’s product platform for advisors and clients.

He was most recently senior vice president for investment products and platform at Lincoln Financial Network, the wealth management affiliate of Lincoln Financial Group.
