BNP Paribas Asset Management has appointed Neil Johnson as head of US institutional business development.

In this role, Johnson will lead BNP Paribas AM’s US business development strategy with asset owners in all market segments, and he will assist the firm with its US product strategy.

He will report to Daniel Klein, chief executive of BNP Paribas Asset Management, North America, and will be based in New York.

Johnson has 30 years' experience in the industry. He joins the firm from RobecoSAM, where he worked for nearly seven years.
