Ballentine Partners, the Boston, MA-based independent investment and wealth management firm, has expanded into Florida with an office in Palm Beach Gardens and two senior hires from GenSpring Family Offices.

Christopher Chandler joins as managing director and senior investment advisor following a ten-year career at GenSpring while Jennifer Eaton joins as a managing director and senior client advisor after an eight-year career at that firm.

Chandler reports to Will Braman, Ballentine’s chief investment officer and Eaton reports to Coventry Edwards-Pitt, Ballentine’s chief wealth advisory officer.

At GenSpring, Chandler was formerly head of portfolio implementation and investment experience. Eaton was latterly a vice president and senior family wealth advisor.
