FolioDynamix is a provider of web-based technology, content and advisory services for the wealth and investment advisory sectors. It was acquired by the pure-play cloud computing business firm Actua Corporation in September .

Lebenthal Wealth Advisors has made a number of hires in recent months - most recently a team in the shape of Annette Hall and Charlene Fisher in New York. In September, it also added Michael Burton as relationship director at the firm’s Gallaway Stern Group in Bridgehampton, NY.
