Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? – Baird, Kestra, Others

The latest senior wealth management sector moves in North America.
Baird
Baird, providing
services including investment banking, wealth management and
private equity, has added Mark L Brenna (main picture) as a
director and financial advisor to its wealth management office in
Minnetonka, Minnesota. Brenna had worked at RBC Capital, where he
managed $336 million in assets. He has more than 35 years of
industry experience and graduated from St Cloud State University
and the Carlson School of Management at the University of
Minnesota.
Kestra
Kestra
Private Wealth Services, the RIA and subsidiary of Kestra
Financial, has appointed John Griffin to join its community of
independent financial professionals, in partnership with Cordele,
Georgia-based Inspired Wealth Planning, which joined the Kestra
PWS platform in 2023.
Griffin and his team manage nearly $190 million in client assets under management and about 850 clients. Griffin works with Tammy Croyle, director of operations, and Jeanne Crosby, director of client relations.
Griffin and his colleagues will continue working from an office located in Moultrie, Georgia.
Raymond James
Raymond James
has welcomed financial advisors Kevin Vasilik and Kristi Rossy to
its independent advisor channel.
The team operate as Wayfinder Wealth Management, based in Bohemia, New York. Before joining Raymond James, they were at Ameriprise Financial where they managed about $130 million in client assets.
As president and CEO of the practice, Vasilik offers nearly 30 years of advisory experience. Prior to becoming a financial advisor, Vasilik dedicated 15 years to a career in the chemical industry after receiving a bachelor of science in chemistry from William Paterson University. He is a chartered retirement planning counselor.
Rossy serves as managing director of the practice and began her financial services career with Vasilik in 2008, she continually advanced to become joint owner of the practice.
