Vistra, a provider of
essential business services, has appointed David Reichert as
director of international expansion (IE) solutions.
Reichert will support Vistra’s vision of making operating globally feel borderless and frictionless, partnering with fast-growing organizations to help ensure that they meet compliance obligations, have the visibility to manage their international operations, and seize cross-border opportunities to enter new markets, the firm said in a statement.
He will lead the global IE team, covering employer of record, payroll, legal entity set-up, entity management, HR services, managing and developing the people, tax and accounting, and strategy and technology innovations supporting IE Solutions. Based in Boston, Reichert will report to Antonio Soler, Vistra’s global head of corporate business.
He has worked at Vistra previously, through its acquisition of Radius Worldwide in 2018. As director of product and global solutions, he launched OverseasConnect, a secure platform for IE processes and service offerings around the world, the firm added. Prior to returning to Vistra, Reichert was product lead at Automatic Data Processing, in their Research and Development center in New York City.
“David’s location in the USA is integral to our growth strategy as we look to further support our USA-headquartered clients with their expansions into and out of the Americas, EMEA and Asia. We’re confident that his experience will help to ensure our solutions and global team are well-equipped to manage our clients’ expansion strategies,” Soler said.
