Nepsis
National financial advisor and investment manager, Nepsis, has appointed Kelly
Nanasy as its new vice president of accounting and advisory
services. Nanasy (pictured) will work with Nepsis Tax
Solutions’ business owner clients to optimize their accounting
and financial planning efforts.
She will be responsible for Nepsis' accounting and advisory services division, which provides chief financial officer and controller-level resources to business owners, enabling them to concentrate on front-office operations while experienced professionals handle their back-office finance functions. Nanasy will draw on her experience to lead the growth of this division, refining systems and processes while building a best-in-class team to provide top-tier financial expertise and strategic guidance to clients, the firm said in a statement.
With over 30 years of experience as a financial leader, Nanasy started her journey as a certified public accountant with a large multinational accounting firm. She has since held key positions including CFO at ThreeBridge Solutions and Wausau Financial Systems, as well as vice president of finance at Deluxe Corporation. In addition to these corporate roles, Nanasy has more recently focused on consulting and executive coaching, offering guidance to finance professionals. Her experience spans financial management, accounting, reporting, financial planning and enterprise risk management.
“Kelly's addition to our tax solutions office is a significant coup for our team,” Jack Cahill, CPA, senior vice president of tax at Nepsis, said. “With her impressive background and proven success as a CFO, she brings valuable insights as to the needs of small and mid-sized businesses and the expectations of private equity firms. We’re confident that Kelly will drive the continued growth of our accounting and advisory business, enhancing our full suite of services.”
Nepsis has accelerated its growth in 2024, prompting an expansion of its leadership team. Nanasy's hire follows the appointment of Troy Williams as senior vice president of strategy and corporate development to help navigate and capitalize on this growth trajectory. Additionally, Nepsis recently appointed Malia Haskins as VP of the newly-launched estate planning division and recruited Amanda Butler as the firm's inaugural chief technology officer.
