The latest moves, appointments, and personnel changes in the North American wealth management sector.

Private Wealth Services, a registered investment advisor
subsidiary of Kestra Financial,
has appointed Amy Dunham (pictured with colleagues below) to join
its community of independent financial professionals. This is in
partnership with Cordele,
Georgia-based Inspired Wealth Planning, joined the Kestra PWS platform in 2023.

Dunham and her team were previously associated with Edward Jones.
With $235 million in client assets under management, Dunham specializes in retirement planning, multi-generational wealth transfer, and community-based financial education. With more than 20 years’ industry experience, she will be joined by her colleagues Rhonda Harwell, director of operations, and Natalie Edwards, director of client relations.
Inspired has offices across Georgia, with a footprint in Cordele, Griffin, LaGrange, Perry, and Waycross. Inspired’s Griffin office marks the firm’s fifth location.

Osaic, a US provider of
wealth management solutions, has appointed Saumya Bhavsar
(pictured below) as chief legal officer and general counsel.
Bhavsar previously served as vice president and head of legal at
Meta FinTech, the business division of Meta.
Prior to Meta, Bhavsar has experience in wealth management, strategic transactions and regulatory compliance from her tenures as global head of regulatory affairs at Credit Suisse and managing director at UBS. She had early career experience at the Office of the Comptroller of Currency, US Department of Treasury.

has brought a team of five financial advisors to to its employee
advisor channel in Juneau, Alaska.
The team includes advisors Peter Jurasz, Rebecca Hall, Harold Heidersdorf, Christian Veliz, and Ryian Jurasz. They have arrived from Merrill Lynch, where they managed over $740 million in client assets; they are joined by client service associates Valcarrie Bingel, Averyl Veliz, Destiny Buruato and Sage Logan.
The group operates as the JHV Group of Raymond James.
