Cyndeo Wealth Partners, a Florida-based registered investment advisor (RIA) with about $3.1 billion in assets under management (AuM), has appointed Glenn Rodriguez as senior vice president and financial advisor. Bringing more than three decades of experience in financial services, Rodriguez will transition about $235 million in client assets from Merrill Lynch.

Rodriguez specializes in serving widows, retirees and families who have complex financial decisions. His experience spans financial planning, portfolio construction, risk management, cash flow planning and lending strategies, helping clients develop comprehensive plans aligned with both near-term priorities and long-term goals.

The move underscores continued recruiting momentum at Cyndeo, particularly as it expands in Florida and seeks to attract experienced advisors. As a member of the Dynasty Financial Partners network, Cyndeo uses institutional-grade infrastructure and support to accelerate advisor growth and recruitment. Cyndeo has also had a recent minority investment from Rise Growth Partners.
