Who’s Moving Where In Wealth Management? – Carson Group, RBC WM, Others

The latest senior wealth management moves, appointments and personnel changes in the North American sector.
Carson Group
Carson Group,
with more than $65 billion in assets under management, said that
Intrinsic Investors, a Wisconsin-based wealth management team
serving about $145 million in AuM, has joined Carson Wealth in
Great Lakes.
The Intrinsic team includes Wealth Advisors William “Bill” Fons and Chad Melcher, and operations manager Dawn Williams. Formed in 1999, Intrinsic Investors operates from Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.
RBC Wealth Management – US
RBC Wealth Management – US said it has brought in two
financial advisors to its branch in La Jolla, California: Lisa
Behun and Dirk Harris. Behun is a managing director and Harris is
a senior vice president.
The duo comes from Bank of America Private Bank where they oversaw more than $2 billion in client assets. Joining them are senior financial associate Kevin Wilson and senior client associate Erin Marshall.
RBC’s La Jolla branch recently welcomed financial advisor Damon Couch, who also joined last month from Bank of America Private Bank.
LPL Financial
LPL Financial
has announced that financial advisors of Cornerstone Advisors and
Clear Pointe Wealth Management have joined LPL's broker-dealer,
RIA and custodial platforms.
The teams, which reported serving about $1 billion in assets, have joined from Northwestern Mutual.
The two practices operate in the Salt Lake City area. Cornerstone is led by Gardner Brown and Brian Lifferth. Other team members are Lexie Sorensen, John Call III, Daniel Brown, Jennie Frey and Alexis Rowley. Clear Pointe is led by financial advisors Ron Hunt and Jonathan Groberg.
