Wealthcare
US-based Wealthcare, known for its
goals-driven advice approach, has appointed Matthew Regan as its
president. Ron Madey, CFA, will continue as Wealthcare’s chief
investment officer.
Prior to this, Regan worked at Wescott Financial Advisory Group, an independent RIA firm where he served as chief operating officer.
The firm started to build its goals-based planning and investing methodology more than 18 years ago and holds 12 patents for this process. Today, it oversees more than $2.0 billion of assets under management across RIAs and serves over 70 affiliated advisors.
SunTrust Private Wealth Management

Private Wealth Management has appointed Amir Mossanen as
a wealth advisor and the Los Angeles market
president. Previously, Mossanen served as a managing
director and wealth advisor at Wells Fargo Private Bank.
Also the firm has appointed Hannah Hunsinger as an investment strategist based in San Francisco, and Susan Kazimi as a client service specialist based in Los Angeles.
This news comes after SunTrust opened wealth management offices in Cincinnati and Cleveland in August 2018.

Muchin Rosenman has appointed Adam M Damerow as a partner in
its Chicago Trusts and Estates practice. Damerow concentrates his
practice on estate planning and administration for domestic and
international high net worth individuals, advising them on
multi-jurisdictional planning and tax issues.
Damerow has extensive experience preparing estate planning documents, designing and implementing wealth preservation and transfer strategies using generation-skipping transfer tax-exempt trusts, and counseling clients in contested and non-contested estate and trust administration matters. He has represented clients before regulatory authorities in tax controversy matters involving estate and gift tax audits with the Internal Revenue Service as well as non-profit entities at every stage of operation including formation, administration, compliance and other related issues at state and federal levels.
In addition, he is a board member of the Wood Family Foundation founded by former Chicago Cubs pitcher Kerry Wood with a mission to empower youth and improve the lives of children in Chicago.

Smiddy-Schlagel has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. She holds a bachelor of science degree in finance from Indiana State University and a master of business administration degree from University of Notre Dame. She is an accredited ACH professional and a certified treasury professional.
The bank is a wholly owned subsidiary of First Financial Bankshares, Inc.
