Impact investment firm Vanderbilt
Financial Group has appointed Joseph Trifiletti as president.
He has been chief operating officer for the past seven years.
Trifiletti has been at Vanderbilt since 2006, starting as an intern and rising through the ranks. He has been involved in its rapid recruitment efforts since 2015, signing more than 100 new financial advisors and increasing its assets under management (AUM) by 150 per cent.
He is a General Securities Principal (Series 24), a Registered Options Principal (Series 4), a Municipal Securities Principal (Series 53), and holds his General Securities Representative License (Series 7) and Uniform Combined State Law License (Series 66).

The
Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards has added six
CFP® professionals to its Ambassador program, designed to boost
understanding about financial planning in the media and wider
community.
The program is a network of CFP® professionals in the US who aim to make people more aware of the CFP® certification.
The new members are Brittney Castro; David Holland, Laura J. LaTourette, Erin Voisin, Charles C Weeks Jr, and Mark Wernig.
Castro founded and is chief executive of Financially Wise Inc, an entrepreneur and a public speaker.
Holland is CEO of Holland Financial. He is also the host of PlanStrongerTV, a nationally syndicated public television show that features experts on retirement and financial planning.
LaTourette founded Family Wealth Management Group and is a registered principal for LPL Financial.
Voisin is the director of financial planning at EP Wealth Advisors.
Charles C Weeks Jr founded and is president of Barrister Wealth Management.
Mark Wernig is a lead advisor and principal at Dowling & Yahnke Wealth Advisors.
