Financial services firm Raymond
James & Associates has appointed James Baber as
financial advisor and senior vice president of investments, and
Carla Graham as senior registered client associate to its
operation in Richmond, Virginia.
Baber joins Raymond James from Janney Montgomery Scott, where he previously managed approximately $125 million in client assets. He is joined by Graham, and together they operate as Baber Wealth Management of Raymond James.
The SVP began his financial services career in Richmond, in 1996 with Legg Mason and moved to Scott & Stringfellow in 2006 and then to Janney Montgomery Scott in 2011.
Graham has nearly 40 years of financial services experience, having spent 33 years with Scott & Stringfellow followed by six years with Janney Montgomery Scott.

Trust hired Kevin Johns as a senior private client advisor in
its wealth advisory office in Atlanta, Ga.
Johns will provide wealth management advice to high-net-worth clients including families, entrepreneurs, business owners, and foundations and endowments. Prior to joining Wilmington Trust, he was a senior private banker at Wells Fargo. Earlier in his career, he worked in wealth management at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, as well as Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.

America, which has a wealth management segment, has today
appointed Dr Maria Zuber as a director, effective
immediately.
The new director has has been appointed to the enterprise risk and corporate governance committees.
Zuber currently serves as the E A Griswold professor of Geophysics and the vice president for research at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where she is responsible for research administration and policy.
She chairs the National Science Board. Since 2010, she has also served as a senior research scientist at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). In 2004, President Bush appointed her to the Presidential Commission on the Implementation of United States Space Exploration Policy.
