The latest moves in the North American wealth management industry.

PagnatoKarp has appointed Bob Ciullo as managing director of its advisor group, with a primary responsibility for business expansion and growth. 

Ciullo has more than 30 years’ experience in serving investors and advisors, most recently at Charles Schwab. He will join PagnatoKarp, an independent wealth advisory firm with $3.5 billion in assets under advisement.

He specializes in helping advisors grow organically through referrals, community involvement, and social media, and inorganically through mergers and acquisitions. Ciullo consults with buyers and sellers in preparing their firms, overcoming obstacles, and sharpening their approach to the strategic benefits of mergers and acquisitions.

Ciullo spent 12 years at Schwab Advisor Services accelerating top-line growth and market penetration for hundreds of advisors in the DC Metro region. He also held leadership positions at UBS Wealth Management as well as Wachovia, Lincoln Financial, and AXA Equitable.
