Investment Managers has appointed Nathalie Wallace as global
head of sustainable investing, effective September 1.
Wallace will be responsible for the firm’s ESG commitments across distribution, affiliate managers and industry-wide initiatives. The group has targeted roughly 50 per cent or €600 billion ($713 billion) of its total AuM to be sustainably invested by 2024.
She will be joining from Mirova US, where she was head of ESG strategy and development. Mirova is Natixis IM’s dedicated sustainable investment affiliate. Wallace will be based in Boston at the US headquarters of the French asset manager reporting to head of distribution for Europe, Latin America, Middle East and Asia Pacific, Joseph Pinto.

Financial has appointed Marcin Bednarczyk as senior vice
president, senior portfolio manager.
Before joining Mesirow, Bednarczyk served in a similar role at Russell Investments. He was responsible for Russell Investments' currency management services, including passive/dynamic currency overlays, absolute return currency strategies, and benchmark neutralization programs for Russell Investments' clients and funds. He joined Russell Investments in 2004.
Chicago-based Mesirow’s services covers investment management, investment banking, capital markets and advisory.
