The latest wealth management industry moves in North America.

Middle-market M&A and debt advisory firm Livingstone has appointed Mark Birkett and Mike Jenny as partners in the company's debt advisory group.

Birkett, previously at William Blair, and Jenny, formerly at Houlihan Lokey, both joined Livingstone in 2016.

Birkett, who joined Livingstone in 2016 from William Blair, was a director in the firm’s capital advisory group, working with clients to address their debt capital requirement needs to fund growth, acquisitions, recapitalize or refinance. He brought over a decade of debt advisory and middle-market lending experience to Livingstone’s debt advisory practice.

Together, Birkett and and partner Tom Lesch, co-head the firm’s US debt advisory practice, which they built.

Jenny joined Livingstone in 2016 from Houlihan Lokey, where he was a director in the firm’s industrial group.

Livingstone also appointed Marisa Ramirez to join the DA practice. Previously, she worked at Lincoln International, where she was an associate on the debt advisory team.
