Lazard
Financial advisory and asset management firm Lazard has appointed
Alexandra Deignan as head of investor relations, effective
immediately.
Based in New York, Deignan will oversee the firm’s investor relations activities with Evan Russo, chief financial officer.
Deignan has more than 20 years of experience in investor relations and investment banking. Prior to joining Lazard, Deignan served as vice president of investor relations for Schnitzer Steel Industries.
Lazard operates from 43 cities across 27 countries in North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, Central and South America.
RBC Wealth Management
RBC
Wealth Management has hired the Santia Foster
Wealth Management Group to its Pittsburgh office.
The team is comprised of Mark Santia, senior vice president and financial advisor, who joins with 32 years of industry experience, and Edmund Foster, senior vice president and financial advisor, who has 22 years of experience, along with Kira Napolitano, senior registered client associate and James Alfonso, registered client associate.
SFWM Group manages approximately $366 million in client assets, and joins RBC from UBS.
Union Bank
New York-headquartered Union Bank has
appointed Stephen Sherline as a managing director and head of
private wealth management for Southern California.
Based in Beverly Hills, he reports to Michael Feldman, head of wealth markets.
Sherline is responsible for growing and managing a team of private wealth advisors serving the needs of high net worth individuals, non-profit organizations, business owners, corporate executives, families, and professional services firms in Southern California.
He joins Union Bank with more than 25 years of financial services experience serving high net worth families and institutions with more than $3 million in assets. He has held senior positions at several institutions including US Bank, Fifth Third Bank and Smith Barney.
