Bank has appointed Cathy O’Malley Kearney as head of the
bank’s institutional services as the firm looks to grow its
institutional and non-profit businesses.
The bank has built an institutional services group as part of its strategy. It will cover institutional asset services, non-profit administration and institutional sales/portfolio management.
O’Malley Kearney has served clients at Key for almost 20 years, most recently serving as national head of trust and chief fiduciary officer.

Management has appointed George Northrop as
director of marketing and client service.
He will join Ballast after serving as director of marketing for Montag & Caldwell, an Atlanta-based manager focused on growth equities, for over 15 years.
Peapack-Gladstone Bank
Peapack-Gladstone
Bank has appointed Christopher Colombo as senior
managing director and wealth advisor of Quadrant Capital
Management, a registered investment advisor and subsidiary of
Peapack-Gladstone Bank.
The firm has also appointed Vincent DiCindio as senior managing director for the commercial private banking team at Peapack-Gladstone Bank.
Colombo joins the wealth management team at Peapack-Gladstone Bank from the wealth structuring group at Merrill Lynch, where he was an advisor and new business producer for the last 22 years.
He specializes in devising personalized asset management and estate planning strategies for affluent individuals and families, focusing on the area of trust and philanthropic financial planning to wealth transfer.
DiCindio joins Peapack-Gladstone Bank with more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.
He has held roles at TD Bank, JPMorgan Chase Card Services, AIG Consumer Finance Group and Citigroup.
Working out of the bank’s Princeton private banking office, DiCindio is responsible for indirect asset based lending originations, along with delivery of treasury management and wealth solutions to bank clients and prospects.
