The latest moves in wealth management from across Europe and the UK.
JM Finn
JM Finn, the
UK-based wealth firm, has appointed two managers who formerly
worked at Rathbones. Their appointments are subject to regulatory
clearance.
Stephen Wright, who has been looking after clients’ investment portfolios at Rathbones for more than 30 years, is joining, as is his colleague Steve Thornton, who has been at Rathbones for 27 years.
A week earlier, Marcus Holden-Craufurd joined JM Finn, also from Rathbones.
With over 100 investment professionals, JM Finn have funds under management and administration of £9.6 billion ($12.3 billion) on behalf of over 18,500 clients (as at 30 September 2019). The firm, based in London, has five regional offices in Bristol, Bury St Edmunds, Cardiff, Leeds and Winchester.
Tilney
UK wealth management group Tilney, which oversees more
than £25 billion of assets, has appointed Mike Divers as
director, investment management. He is based in Birmingham.
Divers has spent 19 years in the industry. He has joined from Brooks Macdonald where he worked for 10 years as a senior investment director and head of office for the Midlands.
Adam Parker, head of Midlands Investment Management at Tilney, said: “Mike is hugely experienced and well respected within both the investment management and intermediary community and we are delighted to welcome him on board. As we look to strengthen our presence in the Midlands, it is extremely encouraging that we are able to attract colleagues of Mike’s calibre to our team.”
