Bank has appointed Patricia Imperial as senior vice
president and managing director of Fifth Third Private Bank
(Tennessee).
Imperial is responsible for overseeing a team of experienced professionals who focus on customer’s wealth management needs, intergenerational wealth transfer and business transition strategies.
She has over 30 years of experience in financial services sector. Her career began with Sun Trust Bank before joining Fifth Third Bank in 2012.

Mellon Wealth Management has named Eric Czepyha as head of
private business advisory in Columbus, Ohio.
Czepyha will report to executive director of advice and fiduciary services, Pamela Lucina. He will be responsible for expertise and guidance in the review and analysis of client business interests, including financial analysis and valuation, mergers and acquisitions, pre-transaction planning and corporate governance.
Prior to joining BNY Mellon WM, Czepyha served as both global head of trusts and estates specialty assets and was head of closely held asset management at JP Morgan Private Bank.
Lazard
Asset management firm Lazard has appointed
Dennis Berman; he will join the firm as a managing director in
financial advisory, effective February 26.
Based in New York, Berman will join Lazard'sshareholder advisory practice, which serves corporate leaders and boards of directors with insights on shareholders, helping clients prepare for and create defenses against activists or unsolicited takeover attempts, and build shareholder support for strategic transactions.
Berman has served as the financial editor of The Wall Street Journal and as a member of the Dow Jones industrial average committee since July 2015.
