Navin has B.B.A. in Accounting and a JD in Law from the University of Texas and an LLM in Taxation from Golden Gate University. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.

Financial Network, a national RIA, has welcomed two Jericho,
New York-based independent advisory firms previously affiliated
with Securities America, now Osaic. They collectively reported
more than $495 million in client assets.
The firms are Full Spectrum Financial Solutions and NXT Phase Financial Services.
At Full Spectrum, the advisors include include Pat Lanotte, Christopher Jones and Paul Michaluk. The team reported advising on $329 million in client assets.
At NXT Phase, the advisors include John Carbonara and Michael Murray. The team reported advising on $166 million in client assets.
Both these firms were founded in the early 1990s.
