Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? - Eaton Square, Hagan, Others

The latest senior wealth management executive moves in North America.

Mergers and capital services firm Eaton Square is pushing further into the family offices space, adding the Hagan Capital Group. The family office is located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Hagan Capital, led by Chad Hagan and founded in 2003 as a single family office, now focuses on the UK and US family office sector, advising on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital services and strategic advisory to firms and entrepreneurs.

“With this integration, Eaton Square strengthens its capability to work with family offices helping them grow their business through opportunities in the US, Asia-Pacific and Europe,” Eaton Square said in a statement yesterday.

Reece Adnams, Eaton Square CEO, said: “We have seen the increasing role family offices play in the [private equity] sector in recent years, and so I am very pleased Chad and his team can bring expertise in the family office sector to Eaton Square in the US and UK.”

Chad Hagan has in the past led a London-based cross-board initial public offering syndication and new issue trading endeavor for a family office fund in American, Canadian, UK and Korean markets. Other joiners are principals Bill Trainor and Jim Eppelin.

The Hagan Capital business is joining a firm with 21 offices across the US, Canada, China and Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Spain, Switzerland, Singapore and Malaysia.
