The latest senior wealth management executive moves in North America.

Argent
Financial Group, the fiduciary wealth management firm based
in the southern states of the US, has appointed Robert Pugh to
the Nashville office of Argent Trust Company as vice president
and trust officer. He reports to Argent Trust Company
President Ken Alderman.
An attorney and veteran trust and administration officer, Pugh joins from Regions Bank in Nashville, where he served as a trust advisor. Before that, he was a trust officer at Old National Bank in Evansville, Indiana, Argent said in a statement yesterday.
Pugh previously practiced law for six years with Miller & Pugh Law Offices, P.C. in Peoria, Illinois and served for four years as an assistant state’s attorney in Peoria County. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Trust & Estates and Corporate Law Department sections. He earned his bachelor’s degree in history from Tennessee Technological University and his Juris Doctorate from Southern Illinois University.

Citco, the group of asset servicing organizatons, has appointed
Connie Tirondola as executive vice president and head of real
assets in North America at Citco Fund Services (USA).
Tirondola will focus on managing client relationships and supporting fund accounting services for Citco’s North American real assets client base and report to Barbara Flusk, head of real assets, Citco Fund Services (USA).
Prior to this, Tirondola worked at CBRE where she was managing director in their fund administration business and was most recently responsible for business development. Prior to CBRE, she served as managing director and global head of real estate fund accounting at BlackRock, and before that she held senior positions with Sentinel Real Estate and Prudential.
Tirondola is a member of the Global Standards Steering Committee, a joint real estate industry group created by NCREIF/PREA, INREV and ANREV to further cooperation in global reporting standards. She also chaired the Accounting Committee at NCREIF from 2010 to 2014.
Tirondola is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey and received a BA in accounting from Rutgers University.
