The latest senior moves in asset and wealth management from across North America.

Aegon
Asset Management has named Stephen Dougherty as global head
of product, based in Chicago, where he will manage a global
team of 11 and report to group head Chris Thompson.
In the role, he willl lead the company’s global product strategy across four investment platforms in fixed income, real assets, equities, and multi-asset & solutions. He joins from Voya Investment Management, where he was most recently MD and head of structured assets and alternatives. Prior to that, Dougherty was vice president of fixed income, currency and commodities at JP Morgan. He has also held senior posts at OnExchange, Societe Generale, Citibank and Bank of America.
The move adds to other recent hires at the asset manager, including Anne Coupe’s July appointment as global head of consultant relations and global financial institutions, and Russ Morrison who joined in June as global chief investment officer for the firm’s fixed income investment platform.
Good Life Companies
Good Life Companies, the RIA, has appointed two independent
financial advisor businesses to its platform with approximately
$150 million in total client assets.
Former bank channel financial advisor Paul Castro has launched Pathway Wealth Management, an independent practice affiliated with Good Life Companies. At the same time, Erik Steudle, also a former bank channel advisor, has joined Good Life of NOVA (Northern Virginia), an independent team affiliated with Good Life Companies, as a senior partner.
Based in Reading, Pennsylvania, Good Life Companies is a national network of more than 200 financial advisors and 350 insurance professionals with offices in 42 states, overseeing over $4 billion in total client assets. With the additions of Castro and Steudle, Good Life has added approximately $415 million over the last 12 months.

associated with Raymond James Financial Services, has added Jason
Hevey in Boston, Ed Morenz in Keene, New Hampshire, and Kevin
Dubner, in Albany, New York.
The firm also opened its latest office in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, expanding its Philadelphia presence from its recent temporary location in nearby Plymouth Meeting. Also, joining the new office in Pennsylvania is Dean Rosini and Jeffrey Lazarus. Collectively, the new advisors bring $491 million in assets under management.
Hevey has joined as a director from Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, where he specialized in high net worth financial planning and oversaw more than $123 million in client assets.
Morenz joins Steward Partners in Keene, New Hampshire as a vice president from Edward Jones, where he previously oversaw $150 million in client assets. Morenz will be join The Monadnock Capital Group at Steward Partners in Keene, New Hampshire.
Dubner comes from Janney Montgomery Scott where he previously oversaw $75 million in client assets. He joins Steward as a VP and brings nearly 40 years of experience to the firm. Within his practice he focuses primarily on retirement and financial planning, portfolio management, and insurance planning for clients.
Dean Rosini and Jeff Lazarus both join as VPs from Wells Fargo where they collectively oversaw $143 million in client assets. While they currently operate independently, the pair plan to form a new team at Steward focusing on helping clients through all stages of their retirement, including managing retirement accounts and estate planning.
